Some of the Big Little Lies crew are reuniting for Nine Perfect Strangers, a new event mini-series that will be live on August 18,2021 on the US streaming platform Hulu.
Developed by David E. Kelley and John-Henry Butterworth, Nine Perfect Strangers is an eight-episode adaptation of the novel “Nine Perfect Strangers” by Liane Moriarty (who previously signed Big Little Lies) which stars Nicole Kidman as a woman who will push nine strangers to their end.
Specifically, the story centers on a group of nine stressed city dwellers who come to Tranquillum House with the idea of relaxing and finding a better way of life. This 10-day retreat is overseen by Masha (Kidman) who is determined to invigorate the weary minds and bodies of her clients. However, they are not prepared for the program she has prepared for them.
