Developed by Patrick Macmanus, Dr. Death is a mini-series of the True Crime genre which is based on the podcast of the same name and which invites us to discover the terrifying story of Dr. Christopher Duntsch (Joshua Jackson), a rising and murderous star of the Dallas, Texas medical community.
The charismatic Dr. Duntsch has developed his reputation as a competent neurosurgeon, but that suddenly changes when patients passing over his table for routine operations do not come out alive. The number of victims is increasing. Drs Robert Henderson (Alec Baldwin) and Randall Kirby (Christian Slater) then contacted Dallas District Attorney’s Assistant, Michelle Shughart (AnnaSophia Robb), to try to stop him.
