In the kingdom of Granbell, inside an abandoned amusement park, the young boy Shiki has lived all his life among machines and animatronics. Unbeknownst to Rebecca and her cat Happy, who are exploring the park, they are the first human contact Shiki has had in a hundred years.
Shiki’s house becomes too hazardous for him to stay when a robotic uprising breaks out, so he joins Rebecca and Happy in their spaceship to cruise the cosmos.
