WHAT RELEASE DATE FOR SEASON 2 OF GONE FOR GOOD ON NETFLIX?
The first season was released in full on August 13, 2021, on Netflix with 5 episodes of approximately 50 minutes. There is bad news for those who want more. Gone for Good Season 2 is unlikely to happen.
Just watch the other adaptations of Harlan Coben on Netflix to get a feel for it. The Stranger, The Woods, and others have not been renewed. All series, including Gone for Good, was advertised as limited series. Also, there is no source material to follow. It would mean that a new story would have to be invented.
You get it, there’s very little chance of a Gone for Good Season 2 ever happening. If the series is still renewed, we should have a format similar to the first season and the release date should be set for the end of 2022 on Netflix.
