Kendall Jenner is facing a new trial from Italian fashion label Liu Jo after the brand alleged the model had “violated an agreement” in her photoshoot contract.
In a report from The Fashion Law that detailed court documents, Kendall Jenner was contractually obligated to do two photoshoots for Liu Jo’s Spring / Summer 2020 and Fall / Winter 2020 campaigns – but she only did one. According to the lawsuit, the deal was reached in 2019, and Kendall was paid $ 1.35 million before terminating her service.
Due to the pandemic, the second filming (originally scheduled for March 2020) has been delayed. Now, the brand claims the second shoot never came to fruition because Kendall Jenner “failed to provide Liu Jo with definitive answers to his proposals” when alternate dates and locations for the second shoot were offered.
Liu Jo is now claiming at least $ 1.8 million in damages.

TMZ also reports that they were told that Kendall Jenner “voluntarily offered to complete services by honoring her commitments.”
