Vivo is available on Netflix! If you want to know what is the music of the movie, read on! Vivo, a kinkajou, spends his days skating in the streets of Havana, Cuba, with his owner Andrés. They put on quite a show wherever they go, charming the hearts of locals and tourists.
Andrés is surprised to receive a letter from his long-lost love and old collaborator Marta Sandoval, stating that she is expecting a child. to give a farewell concert in Miami shortly. Andrés is inspired by this letter and reveals to her that he wrote her a song years ago to tell her how he felt, but that he never played it for her.
While Vivo is initially totally opposed to leaving Cuba behind, he is inspired to leave in Andrés’s place when tragedy strikes. After hitchhiking with Rosa Hernández, Andrés’s niece, and her young daughter Gabi to bring them back to Florida, Vivo begins his journey to bring the song to Marta. With the help of the precocious Gabi, they ventured the 100 miles to Miami, through the Everglades, and beyond.
Despite a few cheeky Boy Scouts, a cranky python, and a few other obstacles in their way, the adorable duo will stop at nothing to deliver this special song in love with Andrés. To discover all of Vivo’s music, read on!
