There is more drama, to be sure. But also the conflict between what is potentially two different sides. There is Morgan’s way of life on one side. And Victor Strand who is trying to adapt to his way of life. He’s trying to be a leader in his way, and we’re going to see these two go head to head. The official synopsis tells us this:
“As Morgan, Grace, and Mo struggle to adjust to life aboard the submarine, a food shortage forces them to deal with nuclear fallout outside the submarine. ”
What will be interesting in the future is having the opportunity to continue exploring nuclear fallout in this series. This is just about the most terrible environment you are likely to find for some of these survivors. The good news is that some of these characters are still alive. Unfortunately, there isn’t much else to do if you are one of them.
