WHAT IF… WHAT IF… EPISODE 10 RELEASE DATE AND TIME? ON DISNEY PLUS?
As you may have seen, the series will feature a similar release order to Loki, Wandavision, etc. The release date of episode 10 of What If? would be Wednesday, October 13. However, there won’t be an episode on that day, as the recent Episode 9 was the season finale.
Yes, What If was announced as a nine-episode series when it was first announced in the summer of 2019. Since all of those episodes have now been released, and the season arc has concluded, this officially marks the end. of this first iteration of episodes. Basically, What If was supposed to have 10 episodes, but the pandemic slowed this down. However, the series has been renewed, and technically Episode 10 of What If will be Episode 1 of Season 2.
Executive producer Brad Winderbaum said in an interview that they want to release new seasons of What If every year. It is therefore possible that the release date of episode 10 of What If will be set as early as summer 2022 on Disney Plus.
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM THE FOLLOWING? SPOILERS!
In the first season of What If, The Guardian guides viewers through alternate realities that reimagine the events of the first three phases of the “MCU”. The individual stories culminate in the season finale after the Guardian is forced to break his vow not to intervene to save the Ultron multiverse. He brings together superheroes from different universes who help him stop Ultron.
For What If season 2, we can look forward to some new individual stories that will remix some of our favorite moments from the franchise. An episode dedicated to Tony Stark and Gamora, which was not selected for season 1, will be part of the second season. Bradley has also revealed that the Captain Carter story is slated to span multiple seasons, and we can expect to see it appear in Season 2 as well.
The new season will also draw heavily on Phase 4 properties, Bradley said of plans for Season 2 in an interview.
