WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM THE SERIES?
The series takes place in a version of the League of Legends universe a few years before the games, with several popular characters being offered origin stories as new inventions threaten revolutions in two different cities.
The full synopsis provided by Netflix reads: “Arcane delves into the delicate balance between the wealthy city of Piltover and the seedy slums of Zaun. Tensions between these city-states are exacerbated with the creation of hexes in Piltover. And in Zaun, a new drug called shimmer turns humans into monsters.
City rivalry divides friends and family as Arcane brings to life the relationships that shape some of the famous League of Legends champions, including Vi, Jinx, Caitlyn, Jayce, and Viktor. “
