WHAT IS THE RELEASE DATE FOR BOOKS OF BLOOD 2 ON DISNEY PLUS?
The movie was released on November 1, 2021, on Disney Plus in France. Currently, no renewal announcements have been made regarding the release of Books Of Blood 2. However, there is reason to be optimistic about the second batch of stories.
The 2020 movie is an adaptation of the stories included in Books of Blood. This is a collection of horror stories written by Clive Barker, published in 1984 and 1985. There are six volumes in total and each is made up of about four or five stories.
However, the movie adapts only one of these stories, The Book of Blood. The source states that screenwriter Brannon Braga spoke in a chat saying this:
“So the movie was written by Adam Simon and me and is based on an original narrative from Books of Blood as well as two new stories that Clive and I came up with Adam.”The three stories are somewhat independent, but they pollinate each other. ”
If the audience numbers are impressive, Hulu may deem it wise to allow them to gather more stories from the Books of Blood tree. In the event of a renewal, the release date of Books Of Blood 2 should be set for the end of 2022!
