The series has a good chance of being renewed since according to the streaming platform it is “part 1”. This means that Netflix has necessarily already considered producing season 2 of The Club. The period settings are sumptuous, the narrative structure fascinating and the acting flawless. All the ingredients are there for season 2 of The Club to see the light of day soon.
However, there is one unknown in the equation: Will the first season be of enough interest to Netflix subscribers that we can witness Rachel’s adventures in Israel? We will most certainly have the answer shortly.
We are starting to get to know the streaming platform well and we have to tell you that we are pretty sure that Season 2 of The Club has already been filmed. With the health crisis, Netflix has gotten into the habit of producing as many episodes as possible when the actors are together to avoid the risk of not being able to organize a second shoot.
In our opinion, the episodes of season 2 of The Club are already ready to go online, but obviously, the streaming giant intends to make us languish for several months! WILL THE SEASON 2 TRAILER BE AVAILABLE QUICKLY?
The trailer for Season 2 of The Club is not yet available but it is probably already ready for release. The series has not been officially renewed by the Red Logo streaming platform but we believe Season 2 was produced in the deepest secrecy.
THE CLUB SEASON 2 ON NETFLIX: HOW MANY EPISODES ARE PLANNED?
We can expect Part 2 of The Club to consist of six episodes, similar to the first season. The number of episodes does not usually vary from season to season of a Netflix original series.
WHAT IS THE RELEASE DATE FOR THE CLUB SEASON 2 ON NETFLIX?
Two scenarios are possible for the release of season 2 of The Club on Netflix (admitting that the streaming giant has agreed to produce the sequel). In the first case, we are right and the shooting of the next episodes is finished. This will allow Netflix to schedule The Club’s Season 2 release date for January 2022.
This date was not chosen at random, we relied on similar series that have been hugely successful on the streaming platform such as “Who Killed Sara?”. An interval of two or three months seems to us to be a possible period before putting part 2 of The Club online.
In the second (less likely) scenario, the production of Season 2 of The Club has yet to begin and Netflix has yet to give its approval. Including the time to schedule the shooting, to edit the episodes … it will be necessary to wait at least a year before seeing Rachel again and the release date will be set for the fall of 2022.
