One of the new characters in Season 2 is Benoît, a handsome musician played by French actor Kevin Dias. You can find him on Instagram at Kev. dias. The protagonist is a guitarist who invites Emily’s friend Mindy to join his band. For those who may have forgotten, Emily’s expatriate friend Mindy, now a former nanny, is also a singer trying to break through in Season 1. WHO BLESSES EMILY IN PARIS?
In episode 4 of Season 2, we find Benoît and Étienne in front of the club’s restrooms, where Mindy works as a “pee lady.” After Mindy has finished a song on stage, Benoît and Étienne approach her and return to her post to offer her a job as a singer.
Mindy says she’ll take both jobs before she even gets an answer when she asks which job pays the most. Benoît and Étienne chuckle and invite her to join their band as a singer.
When Mindy finally gets her first gig with the duo, she realizes that they are essentially busking. Benoît is the guitarist, and Étienne is the pianist. Mindy eventually has fun and indulges in her old passion for singing, despite her initial reluctance. She gets along well with her two talented bandmates, with whom she appears to be very close.
IS BENOIT A LESBIAN?
When Julien expresses interest in Benedict, Mindy responds that she believes he is single. Emily then suggests to her friend that Julien and Benoît contact each other during the Chopard party. Mindy introduces Benoît to Julien following the group’s fantastic performance on the Bateau-Mouche. However, the conversation takes an unexpected turn, revealing that Benedict is not gay and is interested in Mindy.
Benoît and Mindy are getting closer all the time. In Episode 7, he even tells her in the park that he was going to music school but decided to drop out after his favorite teacher told him to stop writing songs.
Mindy moved at the end of season 2 after their argument about her secret life gives a fantastic vocal performance and kisses Benoît at the end of the concert. The two are back together, and the audience is rooting for them. So it is certain that Benedict is not gay, that he is completely straight, and that he adores Mindy.
The two are likely to share their stories and grow closer than they have ever been. We are confident that Benoît and Mindy will have a great time, as they are linked by music and mutual attraction.
