WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
All of the cast members will appear in Season 6 in their respective roles. In the Season 5 finale, however, America Ferrera was ready to say goodbye to her character. Amy’s story could not be shown as it was intended because we only got an impromptu conclusion for the Fifth Edition.
The finale used to have to be split into two parts: “California (Part 1)” and “California (Part 2).” Part 2 of Amy’s Farewell will be moved to Season 6 because we only saw Part 1 of Amy’s Farewell, which means Ferrera will appear in the first episode. However, she will not appear in the remaining episodes of the series’ next release.
