WHAT BECOMES OF SLYRAK AND DAVION?
Later revelations near the end of DOTA Dragon’s Blood Season 2 indicate that the eye, or Worldwyrm, is a manifestation of the sun’s power, reincarnated as Mirana in this lifetime. Mirana’s latent, grief-fueled powers over Marci’s death are activated when she touches Davion in dragon form, freeing the dragon and separating it from its host, Davion.
EXPLANATION OF THE END OF DOTA DRAGON’S BLOOD SEASON 2
For the majority of its central heroes, the end of DOTA: Dragon’s Blood Season 2 heralds the start of a new season. Davion and Slyrak no longer share the same body because they both understand the nature of the Eye, which is essentially a weapon against Terrorblade.
Slyrak, now separated from Davion, travels to Foulfell, the hidden prison dimension whose fractal walls Terrorblade has shattered. Mirana’s fate will be more about managing the socio-political forces that affect her people, while effectively preparing the state to face whoever emerges victorious from the Woods now that she is the Sun Empress of the Helio Imperium. Because Dragon Hold has been destroyed, it is safe to assume that Kaden and Bram will concentrate their efforts on rehabilitation, while Luna and her forces will press on while rejecting the divinity of a resurrected Selemene. More importantly, it will be interesting to see how Davion fits into the big picture from now on.
The Invoker, on the other hand, continues to play a risky game with Terrorblade, losing sight of his plan to convert Fymryn into a new incarnation of Mene.
