The heroes survived the showdown against the Upper Moon demons Daki and Gyutaro in Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 18. Read this to find out why Season 2 ended the way it did.

Despite the fact that Gyutaro’s sickle poison killed three members of the Demon Slayer Corps, Nezuko revealed that her Blood Demon Art could heal them. With the end of the second season comes the release of a new key visual from Demon Slayer Season 3. If you watched this week’s episode, you’re probably wondering when Demon Slayer Season 3 will be available on Wakanim and Crunchyroll.
WHAT DATE AND TIME WILL DEMON SLAYER SEASON 3 BE RELEASED ON WAKANIM AND CRUNCHYROLL?
Season 2 came to an end on February 13, 2022. With the release of the Season 3 visual, the good news is that it has been renewed, which is quite normal given the success of the anime that competes with Attack on Titan!
However, no release date for Demon Slayer Season 3 has been set. We believe that Season 3 of Demon Slayer should be released in the winter 2023 catalog. We’ll have to wait a few months to find out what happens next!
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT IN THE FUTURE?
The key image features two Hashiras who will play important roles in the upcoming story arc. Muichiro Tokito, the Hashira of the Mists mentioned by Tengen Uzui in Season 2, appears in it. Mitsuri Kanroji, the Hashira of Love who appeared briefly in the first season, also appears.
Seeing both Hashira confirms that Demon Slayer Season 3 will adapt the manga’s Swordsman Village arc. Muzan Kibutsuji decides that the best way to keep the Demon Slayer Corps from stopping him is to eliminate everyone who makes their swords in this arc. The swordsmen must now defend the blacksmiths from the attack of the Upper Moon’s demons.
Other higher-tier demons have already been spotted entering the fray. Upper Moon 2 Douma, the demon who turned Gyutaro and Daki into demons, was revealed in Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 18. However, more of these powerful demons will be summoned to confront the Demon Slayer Corps in the near future.
