WHAT INVENTING ANNA SEASON 1 END EXPLANATION!
Slowly, Anna’s intricate web begins to unravel as an increasing number of debtors suspect she is a fraud. She has eventually arrested after a hotel lodged a police complaint against her.
The trial concludes, and despite the dismissal of some of the main charges against Anna, she is found guilty and sentenced to prison. Vivian Kent is getting a lot of credit and attention for her coverage of Anna’s story. Season 1 of Inventing Anna concludes with Anna lamenting the fact that the enterprising young woman may now spend many years in prison.
As a result, by the end of Season 1, Todd can clear Anna of his most serious accusation. However, the judge and jury recognize that the young woman is very good at manipulating people and sentencing her to a lengthy prison sentence.
We know Anna is going to prison, and Vivian even complains that if she is sentenced to twelve years in prison, she will be forty when she is released. In terms of its founding, all hopes of ADF in New York, as Anna had envisioned them, have been shattered by its dramatic fall from public favor.
