He begins caring for the family of a fallen comrade after returning to civilian life. He learns of the existence of a legendary Ainu gold treasure from dubious sources. He eventually teams up with a young Ainu girl named Asirpa to pan for gold after learning that the stories are true. The hunt brings back old memories for the war veteran, who realizes he’ll have to face old and new foes if he and Asirpa are to get the gold. WHEN WILL SEASON 4 OF GOLDEN KAMUY ON CRUNCHYROLL BE RELEASED?
Golden Kamuy was renewed for a fourth season on December 5, 2021. The first trailer was shared by the NBC Universal Anime/Music YouTube channel along with the series production news. We also believe that the Golden Kamuy manga contains enough source material to adapt at least one more season of the anime.
As of this writing, the manga has been published in 28 volumes, with a total of 310 chapters. The third season, on the other hand, ended around chapter 200, which was included in the main series’ volume 20.
Fans can expect the Golden Kamuy Season 4 launch date to be set for Fall 2022 on Crunchyroll, assuming the series maintains its regular programming block in Japan (available simulcast on Crunchyroll).
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM GOLDEN KAMUY EPISODE 37?
Several arcs from the original manga series were adapted for Season 3 of Golden Kamuy. The remaining chapters of “Return to Karafuto Arc” could be the basis for the first episodes of season 4 of Golden Kamuy. In the penultimate episode of Season 3, Sugimoto and Asirpa reunited in tears.
After Kiroranke is defeated by Koito, Asirpa bids the Ainu revolutionary farewell before his death. Sugimoto, Asirpa, and the rest of the group could be the focus of Season 4 of Golden Kamuy as they return to an Ainu village in Karafuto and later Hokkaido.
