It lasted from 2015 to the start of last year. Takeshi Obata created the illustrations, which were serialized in Shueisha Jump Square.
Mirai Kakehashi’s story is told in Platinum End. She was abandoned by her parents and now lives with an uncle and aunt who abuse her. Mirai, who has been abused, has had enough and can no longer take it. She decides to take her own life after being confronted by her abusive uncle and aunt.
But, before anything can happen, Nasse, her guardian angel, appears and saves the day. Nasse assures her that he has the power to ensure that her aunt and uncle, who are responsible for her parents’ deaths, receive the justice she deserves.
Nasse, Mirai’s guardian angel, informs her that God is stepping down in 999 days. Nasse was chosen as his replacement because he is one of the Great Angels. Other angels would give anything to be the next God. Mirai has no choice but to join forces with her Guardian Angel to complete the task without killing anyone. WHEN WILL PLATINUM END SEASON 2 BE AVAILABLE?
On March 25, the first season came to an end. We don’t have any good news for fans in terms of its renewal. The return of Platinum End has eluded Signal.MD and the other companies involved in the series’ production and distribution. Unfortunately, the anime’s chances of making a comeback are extremely slim.
Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata’s popular manga series has been exhausted, and the creators are at a loss for what to do next. Furthermore, the manga was completed in January 2021, so there will be no more volumes from which the series can draw inspiration in the future. It doesn’t appear likely that the creators will come up with original storylines. As a result, we don’t think there will be a Season 2 of Platinum End.
EXPLAINED PLATINUM SEASON 1 ENDING!
Given the conclusion of Season 1 of Platinum End, the series’ chances of returning are even slimmer. Despite not becoming gods, Mirai and Saki find happiness at the end of Season 1. After getting married and opening a flower shop, the couple realizes their dreams of a peaceful future.
Meanwhile, Shuuji Nakaumi is chosen as the god of the new world, despite being a responsible candidate who opposes the very idea of this pointless competition. The conclusive ending is the final nail in the coffin for the series revival. In light of the foregoing, it seems reasonable to conclude that Platinum End Season 2 will not be broadcast on Wakanim.
