Get Everything you need to know about Power Book III: Raising Kanan season 2!
We already know that Power Book III: Raising Kanan season 2 will premiere on Starz sometime this summer. However, the challenge is determining when in the summer that will occur. How much longer will the network keep us waiting?
There will always be a demand for this show regardless of when it airs, and we should begin by saying that this is our personal favorite of the bunch.
While the rest of the franchise does a lot of things well, this one has nailed it when it comes to creating compelling characters and cultivating some big, dramatic twists. Even though it is a prequel, there is still some room for surprise.
We believe that some of the confusion surrounding a possible premiere date here stems from 50 Cent’s previous comments implying a six-month wait between some of his shows.
Consider this: What if he’s referring to the six months between premieres, as opposed to the six months between the Force finale and the start of his next show?

Given that Power Book IV began in February, a return to Raising Kanan in August would make sense. Approximately six months. This also satisfies Starz’s “summer” deadline.
Additionally, this would be relatively close to the start of season 1 in July — while we’d prefer to see Raising Kanan return sooner rather than later, we’re trying not to get too excited here. We simply do not believe we will be forced to wait until October (six months after the Force finale) to see it.
