DISCOVER THE EXPLANATION FOR MAYANS MC’S SEASON 4 ENDING! SPOILERS!
FX now carries Mayans MC! Continue reading for an explanation of Season 4’s ending! Tig, a Sons of Anarchy veteran, meets with Alvarez in Los Angeles to discuss the next steps in the ongoing battle between the Sons and the Mayans.
Tig informs Alvarez during this conversation that the start of the war had nothing to do with the Mayans encroaching on Son territory. Instead, it began when “some girl” came to the Sons with Montez’s kutte, which she had discovered in a barrel on Mayan property. Read this to find out if Season 5 will be released.
Alvarez insists he knows nothing about Montez’s situation, and, strangely, that information from Tig does not appear in the conclusion. Not when Alvarez later tells the Santo Padre charter about meeting Tig, or when prospect Nestor notices Jess acting strangely and texting while on duty. If you have any questions about the conclusion of Mayans MC Season 4, we answer them all!

EXPLAINED: MAYANS MC SEASON 4 ENDING!
EZ and Sofia are riding on his motorcycle at the end of Season 4 of Mayans MC when they are attacked by a car full of Sons of Anarchy. EZ eventually wins, but Sofia vomits afterward.
The Mayans still want vengeance at the temple, but Alvarez wants peace, claiming a truce has been reached with the Sons of Anarchy.
EZ refuses to accept anything less than surrender and immediately activates the kill switch, which allows a charter to remove a president by unanimous vote. Despite Angel’s reservations, the club votes to impeach Alvarez, choosing war over peace.
EZ replaces Alvarez as president and appoints Bishop as vice president, citing his experience and leadership qualities. The new president then deposes Santo Padre and declares that his first order of business will be to collaborate with Galindo and Soledad to transport more heroin than ever before.
They will soon control California thanks to the proceeds of this operation. Angel confronts his brother, questioning his actions and the person he has become. EZ, on the other hand, tells Angel to leave if he isn’t finished, which the latter Reyes interprets as a threat.
When Jay-wife Jay’s tries to visit him in his trailer, Mayans MC. shows a very concrete example of how EZ’s actions affect people. She comes across Sofia, who claims that EZ was with her when he was supposed to meet Jay-Jay. Jay-death Jay’s will ruin his wife’s life, but Sofia doesn’t seem to care.
Mayans MC. shows EZ in bed with Sofia at the end of Season 4, looking pleased with himself. However, while he is sleeping, a mysterious man burns down Galindo and Soledad’s warehouse.
Many candidates have been able to do this, and Alvarez is one of those who makes the most sense. Although the Mayans have a documented history of violence, he could also have been someone who fought for peace.
Angel, EZ’s brother, is another possibility, and given the scene, he had with his brother, that is our preferred choice. We know he didn’t approve of the way EZ ran his company, particularly when it came to working with Miguel Galindo.
