EXPLAINED: THE SHINING GIRLS SEASON 1 ENDING!
Kirby enters the House at the end of Season 1 of The Shining Girls and discovers his true powers. She discovers replicas of the Pegasus she received as a child from Curtis and places her toy on the shelf.
Kirby brutally attacks Harper and hits him with a baseball bat after he enters the house. Kirby, on the other hand, maintains the upper hand and stabs Harper with a knife.
After that, the scene shifts to another timeline, where Harper meets Klara for the first time since joining the military. Harper lets him go after he agrees not to return to the house.
Kirby then claims ownership of the House. Harper’s reality shifts outside the house, confirming that she has broken free from the thread that binds her to Harper.
Kirby kills Harper in the present if she does not kill him in the past. Kirby tracks down the serial killer through time after killing the version of Harper who was stalking her.
Kirby’s final confrontation with Harper at the end of The Shining Girls Season 1 frees her from the trauma of the assault that drastically changed her life. She inflicts the same damage on Harper, putting an end to her ruse.
Kirby appears to change the fates of Harper’s other victims after tracking her down and cutting her connection to the House.
As a result, Kirby’s actions have an impact on the lives of Harper’s other victims. Similarly, other victims, such as Julia Madrigal, are still alive and well. Harper never tormented women in this new reality, and they realized their full potential.

Kirby goes to Dan’s usual drinking spot at the end of The Shining Girls Season 1 and finds him alive. Kirby cut the killer’s thread from his life and erased Dan’s death by rewriting reality and bringing Harper to justice. However, because Harper has never attacked Kirby in this timeline, she has never met Dan, and the two are unaware of each other’s existence.
Kirby eventually leaves his contact information in Dan’s notepad, and Dan recalls that he knows Kirby. However, he has no recollection of their time together.
Kirby eventually returns to the House and continues to keep an eye on her. Meanwhile, Dan is likely to return to his journalistic pursuits, perplexed by his encounter with Kirby.
