WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT NEXT?
Bless shot and killed Jamil in the season finale of You Don’t Know Who I Am. The face is also most likely dead. Curt and Kyra take off.
The accused decides to surrender as well as ensure that he will be held responsible for Jamil’s death.
Before leaving, Kyra promises the accused that if he is unable to secure her release through other means, he will hold her accountable for her crimes.
The accused imagines receiving a guilty or not guilty verdict. The series concludes ambiguously, just before the verdict is announced by the jury.
If the producers decide to continue the Accused, as well as Kyra’s story with a You, Don’t Know Me Season 2 on Netflix, we may see that the Accused has escaped and is looking for Kyra.
Bless could help him in his quest. Kyra is, after all, her best friend. If they adopt another of Mahmood’s works, it could be ‘All I Said Was True’ or ‘I Know What I Saw.’
