Mid-September 2022 marked the end of the third season. Good news has arrived! Disney+ approved High School Musical: The Series’ Season 4 before Season 3 even debuted last July! The drama, humor, and heart of this series never waver.
The creator of the series said, “This series has been an epic journey from the beginning and I am beyond grateful to be able to continue making music, telling these stories, and showcasing these exceptional stars.
This month marks the start of production on High School Musical: The Series‘ fourth season. Although a release date for Season 4 of High School Musical: The Series has not yet been announced, we think it should be in the summer of 2023.

It appears that the majority of the original cast will return for High School Musical: The Series Season 4 even though Season 3 was changed by making a few main cast members recurring.
Joshua Bassett, Sofia Wylie, Matt Cornett, Dara Reneé, Frankie A. Rodriguez, Joe Serafini, Julia Lester, Larry Saperstein, as well as Saylor Bell and Adrian Lyles, who joined the cast in Season 3, were among the stars who attended the series’ major presentation at D23.
