The cultural festival has begun, and Mob, along with Niido, Sagure, and Inukawa, is in charge of the costumes for their class’ haunted house.
While everyone wants simple costumes, Mob explains that rather than buying a piece of white fabric and cutting holes in it for the ghosts, they should work harder for the class.
The mob, on the other hand, is unable to explain his intentions, leaving the others perplexed clearly.
Meanwhile, Ritsu complains in the student council room about the extreme themes of this year’s cultural festival. Ritsu is unable to cope with anything, from loud concerts to cross-dresser cafes.
To Ritsu’s chagrin, Shinji explains that their themes are fine as long as they follow the safety guidelines.

AT THE END OF THIS WEEK, WHAT HAPPENED?
A Yokai appears behind Reigen at the end of episode 2, and Amakusa notices it in time to react. When he strikes him with his sword, however, he does no damage and his weapon breaks in half.
Fortunately, Serizawa is quick and kills the Yokai using standard exorcism methods.
Unfortunately, the four soon realize they are surrounded by hundreds more. Mob fights Serizawa despite his mind being preoccupied with the cultural festival.
Both easily defeat the swarms of Yokai that attack them. Amakusa suddenly notices that the Four Lords of Hyakki’s Hell has arrived and have resurrected the Great Yokai King. Serizawa and Mob slaughter all four of them without breaking a sweat.
The enraged Yokai King transforms into a massive monster out of vengeance for the deaths of the Hyakki members.
Serizawa and the Mob, on the other hand, kill him with little effort. The mob is inspired by King Yokai to create his haunted house costume during the cultural festival.
