Get everything you need to know about Perry Mason season 2!
Are there any chances that the release date for Perry Mason season 2 will become known sooner rather than later? Is it reasonable to realistically anticipate that?
We are all well aware of how long it has been since season 1 on HBO premiered.
However, the fact remains that this is a network that prefers to take its time. We’d love to hear more soon.
That’s partly because of the quality, and partly because of the constrained time they have available on their schedule.
Their coproductions and under-the-radar show air on Mondays, while all of their high-profile, expensive shows air on Sundays.
We’re not sure if the Matthew Rhys drama falls under the latter category, though we have made some assumptions in the past.
HBO only recently confirmed that His Dark Materials will debut in December, and with that, we believe the network has confirmed the majority of its schedule for the rest of the year.
Never forget that The White Lotus will return later this month and will consist of seven episodes.

We are still holding out hope that Perry Mason season 2 WILL air in the first few months of 2019, possibly alongside The Last of Us.
We believe HBO can use the video-game adaptation to further promote this show even though the two shows may not share many similarities.
The only other alternative is, presumably, to hold off until the spring and air Perry Mason concurrently with Succession.
If the latter occurs, the premiere date won’t likely be announced until sometime in the first half of 2019.
We’d go ahead and anticipate an announcement sometime in the next month or two, though, if Rhys and the rest of the cast return in January or February. After all, why hold off any longer?
