She-Hulk set the stage for one of the MCU’s most iconic modern Hulk stories.
With a Sakaar ship attacking Bruce Banner in the series, Planet Hulk is bound to be adapted into the MCU, and with it, more characters from Hulk’s legacy.
This was confirmed in the first season finale when the final scene depicted Daredevil and Jen at a “family” barbecue.
Bruce appears unexpectedly, accompanied by his son Skaar. Read on to learn more about Skaar. Otherwise, if you’re curious about Skaar’s mother, we’ll tell you everything!
WHO IS THE MOTHER OF SKAAR?
Skaar’s mother is Caeira in the comics. Caiera was the bodyguard of the Red King, who ruled over Sakaar.
The Hulk was taken prisoner by the Red King and forced to fight in a gladiatorial arena during his exile from Earth and landing on Sakaar. Everything you need to know about the release of She-Hulk Season 2 is right here.
The Hulk and his allies, including the Silver Surfer, eventually escape and begin to wage war on the Red King.
After the Red King unleashed the Spikes on his army, Caiera eventually sided with the Hulk, a race of creatures that had attacked Caiera’s village when she was a child.

The Hulk, Caiera, and their army attack Sakaaran’s capital, resulting in a one-on-one battle between the Hulk and the Red King, in which the latter is defeated.
Hulk is crowned King of Sakaar, and he and Caiera marry, giving birth to Skaar.
Caiera, Skaar’s mother, is killed shortly after birth in an explosion caused by the shuttle that brought Hulk to Sakaar, prompting Hulk to return to Earth for vengeance in the World War Hulk storyline.
Skaar, on the other hand, was born in Sakaar and matured quickly after birth. Skaar was then raised by the inhabitants of the planet, where he quickly became a skilled fighter and master swordsman.
It remains to be seen whether Caiera will be Skaar’s mother in the MCU, but some aspects of the comics will be altered!
